> SPICE ROOM is a Denver-based Indian and Himalayan restaurant group with three locations — West Highlands (3157 W 38th Ave), Bluebird District on Colfax (3100 E Colfax Ave), and Olde Town Arvada (7355 Ralston Rd Unit H). Founded in 2017. All meats are halal, sauces are scratch-made, and whole spices are ground in-house daily. The All Day Menu features 138 dishes spanning North Indian, Himalayan, and South Indian cuisine (dosa & idli at Arvada only). The group holds a 4.8-star aggregate across 10,500+ Google, Yelp, and TripAdvisor reviews and was named Colorado's best Indian restaurant by Chowhound in October 2025.
