At Spice Room, we are dedicated to using only the freshest and highest-quality ingredients in our offerings. We roast and grind our own spice blends and prepare all our chutneys and sauces in-house. This practice allows us to maintain strict control over the quality of our ingredients, ensuring that our products are consistently fresh and flavorful.

We source as much all-natural, hormone-free, vegetarian-fed, antibiotic-free, free-range chicken as possible. Our responsibly raised chicken is sourced from local companies, and we include halal-certified meats in our dishes.

Every day, we prioritize sourcing local and organic ingredients whenever possible.

Our cooking oils include non-GMO rice bran oil, olive oil, and ghee (clarified butter), and we do not use MSG in any of our cooking.

The used oil is recycled into locally produced and consumed biodiesel.

We package our to-go orders in environmentally friendly recycled paper containers, most of which are compostable. We also used to offer reusable plastic to-go containers for our takeout meals in partnership with companies like DeliverZero. We hope to offer similar services in the future.
