Therefore, we strive to source our ingredients from local farmers and suppliers whenever possible. We believe that this dedication to quality significantly enhances our guests’ dining experience.

Each meal is made to order, utilizing only the freshest and highest quality ingredients. We strive to ensure an outstanding dining experience every time you visit. Our staff is friendly and attentive, always ready to provide personalized recommendations based on your tastes. Spice Room’s commitment is to use only the freshest, highest-quality ingredients in our products. We roast and grind our own spice blends and make all our chutneys and sauces in-house, which allows us to control the quality of our ingredients and ensure that our products are always fresh and flavorful.
We use as much as we can: all-natural, hormone-free, vegetarian-fed, antibiotic-free, free-range chicken. Our responsibly raised chicken comes from locally based companies. We use halal-certified meats in our dishes.
We source as many local and organic ingredients as possible every day.
We cook with non-GMO rice bran oil, olive oil, or ghee (clarified butter). We do not use MSG.
The used oil is recycled into locally produced and consumed biodiesel.
We use to-go containers made with environmentally friendly recycled paper, which are mostly compostable. We also used to offer reusable plastic containers for our to-go food by partnering with companies like DeliverZero. In the future, we hope to offer reusable plastic containers again.
