Sunnyside is the neighborhood directly surrounding our West 38th Ave location — many Sunnyside residents can literally walk to SPICE ROOM in under five minutes. This north Denver gem, bounded by I-70, Federal Boulevard, and 44th Avenue, has transformed from a quiet residential area into one of Denver's most desirable neighborhoods.

The Sunnyside farmers market, Argo Park gatherings, and Zuni Street corridor create a vibrant community that rallies around local businesses. Our regular Sunnyside customers include morning coffee-shop regulars from Allegro Coffee who return for dinner, dog-walkers from the neighborhood's many parks, and families whose kids attend Columbian Elementary and Sunnyside K-8.
