Potato Naan (Aloo Naan) is a hearty stuffed bread — soft naan dough wrapped around a filling of spiced mashed potato seasoned with cumin, green chilies, and fresh cilantro, then baked in our 800°F clay tandoor.
The potato filling stays moist and flavorful inside while the naan develops those signature charred bubbles outside.
