Reservations
Reservations made through our website are subject to the following conditions:
- Reservations are held for 15 minutes past the reserved time
- Large party reservations may require a deposit or credit card guarantee
- Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance
- No-shows may result in a cancellation fee for large parties
- We reserve the right to modify seating arrangements as needed
Gift Cards
Gift cards purchased from SPICE ROOM are subject to the following terms:
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Gift cards do not expire and have no service fees
- Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced
- Gift cards are redeemable at all SPICE ROOM locations
- Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards
Catering Services
Catering orders are subject to separate terms and conditions which will be provided at the time of booking. General catering policies include:
- Minimum order requirements may apply
- A deposit may be required to confirm your order
- Cancellation policies vary based on order size and timing
- Final guest count must be confirmed 72 hours in advance
