Punjabi Lachha Paratha is the pinnacle of Indian bread-making — whole wheat dough stretched, oiled, pleated into accordion folds, coiled, and then baked in our 800°F clay tandoor to create dozens of crispy, flaky layers.

Each layer separates into a shatteringly crispy yet tender sheet, brushed with a touch of butter as it comes out of the tandoor. The technique requires skilled hands and patience, making it a specialty bread.
