Medu Vada are golden, ring-shaped fritters made from a batter of ground urad dal (black lentils) seasoned with black pepper, cumin, curry leaves, and green chilies — South India's answer to the savory donut.
The outside is shatteringly crispy while the inside stays fluffy and light. At SPICE ROOM, our vada batter is freshly ground for maximum fluffiness.
