Noodles Dosa is one of the most playful items on our South Indian menu — our crispy fermented rice-lentil crepe folded around a generous helping of Indo-Chinese hakka noodles stir-fried with onion, capsicum, cabbage, soy sauce, and a hint of Schezwan heat.
It's the dosa-meets-Mumbai-street-cart fusion that ate up the Indian fast-food scene in the 2010s. At SPICE ROOM Old Town Arvada, served with sambar, coconut chutney, and tomato chutney. Vegetarian; contains gluten and soy.
