
Creamy Palak Paneer

Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh spinach
- 14 oz paneer, cubed
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 inch ginger
- 2 green chilies
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- to taste salt
Instructions

Blanch spinach in boiling water for 2 minutes. Immediately transfer to ice water.

Blend spinach with garlic, ginger, and green chilies into a smooth puree.

Heat ghee in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.

Add onion and sauté until translucent.

Pour in spinach puree and cook for 5-7 minutes.

Add paneer cubes and garam masala. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Stir in cream and salt. Serve hot with naan or rice.
