
Homemade Garlic Naan

Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions

Mix warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let sit until foamy, about 10 minutes.

Combine flour, salt, and baking powder. Add yeast mixture, yogurt, and oil.

Knead for 8-10 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rise for 1.5 hours.

Divide into 8 balls. Roll each into oval shape.

Heat cast iron skillet very hot. Cook naan until bubbles form and bottom chars, flip and cook other side.

Mix melted butter with minced garlic.

Brush hot naan with garlic butter and sprinkle cilantro.
