Fresh cubes of house-made paneer cheese are marinated for hours in a vibrant paste of hung yogurt, Kashmiri chili, turmeric, garam masala, and a squeeze of lemon juice. The marinade tenderizes the paneer while infusing it with layers of warm, aromatic spice.

Skewered alongside colorful bell peppers, red onions, and tomatoes, the paneer is cooked in our 800°F clay tandoor until the edges develop those signature charred spots while the inside stays impossibly soft and creamy. The smoky aroma from the tandoor is what sets restaurant-quality Paneer Tikka apart from home versions – you simply can't replicate that intense, direct heat.
