What are the smallest and largest office orders you take?
Our minimum office lunch order is 10 people (boxed lunches). We regularly deliver for 20–150 person team lunches and can scale up to 500+ for all-hands or company events with a week of notice.
Should I choose boxed lunches or a buffet?
Boxed lunches are best for hybrid teams, back-to-back meetings, and grab-and-go setups — each box is individually labeled with contents and diet. Tray packages suit 20+ people eating together; hot-hold chafers are an add-on from $65.
How do you handle dietary restrictions?
Every office order includes halal, vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options at no extra charge. Tell us your headcount by diet on the order and we label each box or clearly mark each chafer so nobody has to guess.
What are the delivery fees and radius?
$35 delivery within 5 miles of any SPICE ROOM location (Highlands, East Colfax, Olde Town Arvada). Farther deliveries are quoted per event. Delivery is never included. Estimate only — final price confirmed in your written quote.
Can offices set up recurring weekly delivery and invoicing?
Yes — set a recurring weekly order of Thali Lunch Boxes ($19.95 each, minimum 20, order by 3 pm the day before). Corporate accounts get Net-15 invoicing so you skip per-order payment and get one monthly bill.
