For 20–40 people we can often confirm same-day when you call in the morning. For 40–100 we ask for 1–2 business days notice, and for larger recurring programs or events over 100 people we recommend booking a week ahead.
What are the smallest and largest office orders you take?
Our minimum office lunch order is 10 people (boxed lunches). We regularly deliver for 20–150 person team lunches and can scale up to 500+ for all-hands or company events with a week of notice.
Should I choose boxed lunches or a buffet?
Boxed lunches are best for hybrid teams, back-to-back meetings, and grab-and-go setups — each box is individually labeled with contents and diet. Buffets are more cost-effective for 25+ people eating together and come with full chafing-dish setup.
How do you handle dietary restrictions?

Standard delivery within 10 miles of any SPICE ROOM kitchen (Highlands, East Colfax, Olde Town Arvada) is included on orders of $250+. Longer drives out to Boulder, Broomfield, or DTC add a $25–50 delivery fee. We deliver anywhere in the Denver metro.

Yes — the Weekly Office Lunch program locks in a rotating menu delivered the same day and time each week from $14/person. Corporate accounts get Net-15 invoicing so you skip per-order payment and get one monthly bill.
