How do I book a group dinner for 15 to 30 people?
Groups of 13 or more should email [email protected] or call (303) 558-0992 ext 4 at least 2 to 3 weeks ahead so we can lock the alcove and finalize the menu. Smaller groups of 8 to 12 can book through Toast, Tock, or Resy directly.
What is the minimum group size for a group menu?
Family-style group pricing kicks in at 10 guests. Below 10, your party orders à la carte from the regular menu. Above 10, we recommend the $32 per person family-style package — shared appetizers, three entrées, two sides, naan baskets — which is faster, lower-stress, and usually cheaper per head.
Can SPICE ROOM accommodate dietary restrictions for large groups?
Yes — every group menu includes vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and halal options at no extra cost. All meat on our menu is halal. We will ask for your dietary breakdown at booking and confirm substitutions in writing two days before the event.
Is there a private dining room or alcove?
Yes. Our West Highlands and Bluebird District locations each have a curtained semi-private alcove that seats 20 to 40 for plated dinners or up to 50 for cocktail-style. Olde Town Arvada offers long-table group seating in the main room.
Do you charge a room fee or food and beverage minimum?
No room fee for parties under 40. Above 40 guests, we set a food and beverage minimum based on day of week and time — typically $1,500 to $3,500. Full restaurant buyouts have a per-room minimum starting at $6,000. Quoted in writing before you commit.
