"I was craving Indian food during my recent trip to Denver and came across SPICE ROOM. The Thali caught my eye — a traditional platter with rice, potatoes, dal soup and dessert. I got it with Butter Chicken which was so good — creamy, medium spicy, and very aromatic. The street-style chaat was creamy, crunchy and loaded with flavor."

"This has been the best Indian food experience in the Denver area. We went there for the first time over the weekend for my birthday. We did not have a reservation but they seated our 4-top with little hesitation."

"My husband opted for the lamb tikka masala and I opted for the eggplant (Baingan Bharta) Thali. The dal soup and spiced potatoes that came in the Thali were incredible. My favorite part was the chai — one of the best chais I have had in my life."

"Food was fresh and full flavored. We got Butter Chicken and Lamb Madras, both came with rice. We got medium spice and it wasn't overbearing. The Garlic Cheese Naan was sooo soft! The Mango Lassi was really good, not too sour."

"This is my FAVORITE Indian food that I've had in Colorado!!! Coming from the east coast where the food was incredible, this spot is definitely a must. The restaurant is so vibey and beautifully decorated. I love that the menu suggests drink pairings for the food."

"I had Masala Dosa — not every place serves this. It was light and crispy. The filling had spiced mashed potato with onions, tomatoes, and more spices. It came with chutney, sambar, and tomato sauce. I enjoyed every bite!"
