This allows us to control the quality of our ingredients and ensure that our products are always fresh and flavorful.

We use as much we can get our hand on all-natural, hormone free, vegetarian fed, antibiotic free, free range chicken. Our responsibly raised chicken comes from locally based companies. We use halal-certified meats in our dishes.

We source as many local & organic ingredients as possible everyday.

We cook with Non-GMO, Rice Bran Oil, Olive Oil, or Ghee (clarified butter). No MSG is used in our cooking.

The used oil is recycled into locally produced
& consumed biodiesel.

We use our to go containers made with environmentally friendly recycled paper & are most part compostable. We offer reusable to go plastic containers for our to go food partnering with company like DeliverZero.
