This practice enables us to control the quality of our ingredients and ensure that our offerings are consistently fresh and flavorful.

We prioritize sourcing all-natural, hormone-free, vegetarian-fed, antibiotic-free, and free-range chicken. Our chicken is responsibly sourced from local suppliers. Furthermore, we incorporate halal-certified meats into our dishes.

We strive to source local and organic ingredients whenever possible. Our cooking uses non-GMO rice bran oil, olive oil, or ghee (clarified butter); MSG is not utilized in our cooking processes.

Used oil is recycled into locally produced biodiesel. Our take-out containers are made from environmentally friendly recycled paper and are primarily compostable. In the past, we offered reusable plastic containers for take-out food in collaboration with companies like DeliverZero, and we aim to provide similar services in the future.
